By using Yipada (yipada.site) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Yipada does

Yipada uses artificial intelligence to replace the main person in a video you upload with the person in a photo you upload. Results are generated automatically and may contain errors or imperfections.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and everything done with it. You must be at least 18 years old to use Yipada.

3. Rules — what you must not make

• No sexual, nude or sexually suggestive content.
• Nothing that shows, involves or uses images of anyone under 18.
• Nothing used to scam, defraud, blackmail or impersonate a real person in a way that deceives others.

You confirm, every time you create a swap, that you have the right to use the face and the video you upload. You are fully responsible for what you create and how you share it. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund.

4. Credits and payments

Swaps are paid for with credits bought in packs. 1 credit equals 1 second of 480p video; 720p uses 2 credits per second; very short clips are billed as at least 3 seconds. Payments are processed by Paystack. Prices may change, but credits you already bought keep their value.

5. Failed swaps and refunds

If our system detects that a swap failed for a technical reason, the credits are returned to your account automatically. Credits are not refunded because you are unhappy with how a finished swap looks. See our Refund Policy.

6. Your files

Uploaded files are deleted within about a day after your swap. Finished videos are available for 7 days, then removed. Download anything you want to keep.

7. No guarantee

Yipada is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that every result will be accurate or that the service will always be available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.
