Failed swaps — automatic credit refund

If a swap fails for a technical reason (for example, the AI service returns an error or times out), our system detects it and returns the credits to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Finished swaps — no refund

Once a swap finishes and a video is produced, the processing cost has already been paid, so credits are not returned if you are unhappy with the result. For the best results, follow the tips on the create page and try 480p first.

Credit packs

Credit purchases are final and are not refunded as cash. If you were charged but did not receive credits, email hello@yipada.site with your payment reference and we will fix it.
